Darn Low-Fat Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

3 8-ounce packages fat-free cream cheese, softened
¾ cup Splenda
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup Egg Beaters
½ cup dark chocolate morsels
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 prepared low-fat graham cracker crust
This low-fat delight is great for a party.
In an electric mixer, combine cream cheese, Splenda, and vanilla on medium speed. Add Egg Beaters and mix until well blended.
In a separate bowl, lightly coat chocolate morsels with flour. Gently fold chocolate morsels into cream cheese mixture and pour into the crust.
Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
To make your own low-fat pie crust, coat a pie pan with nonstick spray, crush 12 ounces of graham crackers in a plastic bag, mix the crumbs with ¼ cup Egg Beaters, and spread onto the pan. Bake for 5 minutes in the oven before adding the cheesecake mix.
