1 tablespoon fat-free honey mustard dressing
2 slices light-wheat bread, toasted
1 ounce shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese
This sandwich is a favorite of one of the most athletic police officers and SWAT team members in the entire state of Florida.
Mix tuna and honey mustard together in a bowl. Spread mixture on each slice of toast. Top each slice with cheese. Bake in oven at 400°F for 1 to 3 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
