Fiesta Chicken Wrap
1 small whole wheat tortilla
½ serving Simply Grilled Chicken Breasts, cooked
1 tablespoon shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
½ tablespoon plum tomatoes, diced
½ tablespoon red onion, diced
1 tablespoon black beans
½ tablespoon fat-free sour cream
½ tablespoon salsa
Instead of using sour cream and salsa for this recipe, you could try a little sauce made by mixing 1 cup fat-free ranch and 1 teaspoon chili powder.
Lay tortilla flat on a plate. Slice chicken. Place all ingredients in the center of the tortilla. Roll tortilla into a wrap.
