1 ½ pounds 90 percent lean ground beef
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
½ teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
¼ cup bread crumbs
2 tablespoons ketchup
½ cup onions, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon dried basil
¾ cup Egg Beaters
½ cup diced tomatoes

Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into a dome, place on the baking dish, and cover with foil.
Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
