Citrus Crunch Pork Chops
1 ½ cups bread crumbs
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
½ teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
½ teaspoon paprika
6 pork tenderloin chops, about ½-inch thick
3 sliced oranges
2 sliced lemons
This dish would be complete if served with a spinach and orange salad and a side serving of a yogurt dressing or balsamic vinaigrette.
Coat a 9" × 13" baking dish with cooking spray.
Mix bread crumbs, finely chopped fresh garlic, all-purpose seasoning, and paprika. Add pork chops to the mixture and coat well.
Place pork chops in dish and top with orange and lemon slices. Bake in oven at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
