Beef and Sugar Snap Peas

1 ½ pounds round sirloin chunks
1 clove fresh garlic, minced
½ teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup hoisin sauce
1 ½ cups white onions, chunks
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 ½ tablespoons ground ginger
3 cups sugar snap peas, fresh or frozen
1 ½ cups carrots, sliced
Cornstarch is an excellent thickener, and it's used in this recipe to keep the sauce from getting too runny.
Coat a skillet with nonstick spray. Add beef, garlic, and all-purpose seasoning to skillet. Sauté on medium high for 8 minutes, stirring often.
Mix remaining ingredients and add to skillet. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
