6 pork tenderloin chops, about ½-inch thick
1 cup Granny Smith apple slices
1 cup sliced white onions
1 ½ cups apple juice
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
½ teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
1 tablespoon flour
Apple cider could be substituted in this dish for the apple juice, and the chops would be delicious served over mashed cauliflower.
Coat a 9" × 13" baking dish with cooking spray. Evenly place pork chops on dish without crowding. Top pork with apple and onion slices.
Mix apple juice, garlic, all-purpose seasoning, and flour. Add juice mixture to pork dish.
Cover and bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
