1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in cubes
1 ½ cups Crystal Wing Sauce
16 ounces fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 cup fat-free ranch dressing
24 ounces shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
This dish is terrific served with Baked Tortilla Chips. Unique for a dip, it stands alone as well.
Coat a 9" × 13" baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
Boil cubed chicken breast until chicken is completely white throughout. Shred chicken with a fork and place it in the baking dish. Cover with wing sauce.
In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese and ranch dressing. Pour cream cheese mix over chicken. Sprinkle with Cheddar and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
