Putting It All Together
Getting used to the idea of having fibromyalgia will take some time. It will also take some time for you to conquer stress, learn about your condition, and find the right support systems. But that's okay. Learning to live with a chronic health problem is a process, not something that occurs overnight, in a week, or even in a month. In some cases, it may take years.

And until science develops a better understanding of the causes of fibromyalgia and develops better treatments, there will not be easy answers. In the meantime, stay focused on improving your life today.
