These early months are a fun time. Your baby isn't going to be sitting up or talking yet, but she will have more regular sleep and wake times than she did as a newborn. She will also be more alert and interactive, and is more likely to look at you and respond to things that you do, like singing lullabies. Add in regular smiles and laughs and it no longer seems that you have a baby who simply sleeps, eats, and cries.
