How do New Yorkers manage to survive in the capital of high prices? Because they know where the good, inexpensive restaurants are, how to get cheap tickets to shows, and where to shop for outstanding bargains.

New York is the place where you can buy this week's hottest designer clothes at just a few dollars above wholesale and last week's for a fraction of the original ticket. Every hardworking New Yorker knows where to shop, and now you will too!
