Tropical Punch

You can add any number of tropical fruits to this recipe. Try guava, passion fruit, papaya, or kiwis.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 (5.6-ounce) can coconut milk
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 quarts water
  1. Combine mango, pineapple, banana, orange juice, coconut milk, and lime juice in a blender.

  2. Puree until smooth. Strain into a large pitcher.

  3. Add remaining water, stir, and serve over ice.
