Herbes de Provence

This classic blend can be made with fresh or dried versions of these herbs.

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup chervil
  • ¼ cup marjoram
  • ¼ cup tarragon
  • ¼ cup basil
  • 2 tablespoons thyme
  • 2 tablespoons lavender
  1. If using fresh herbs, mince all ingredients together and store airtight in the refrigerator.

  2. If using dried herbs, stir together and, working in batches, pulverize in a coffee grinder. Store airtight in a cool, dark place.
