Herbes de Provence
This classic blend can be made with fresh or dried versions of these herbs.
INGREDIENTS
- ¼ cup chervil
- ¼ cup marjoram
- ¼ cup tarragon
- ¼ cup basil
- 2 tablespoons thyme
- 2 tablespoons lavender
If using fresh herbs, mince all ingredients together and store airtight in the refrigerator.
If using dried herbs, stir together and, working in batches, pulverize in a coffee grinder. Store airtight in a cool, dark place.
