Parking at the Universal Orlando Resort

Most people arrive at Universal Orlando Resort (Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and CityWalk) by car. The theme park offers an enclosed parking garage that is equipped with a 200-camera security system, moving sidewalks, escalators and elevators, wheelchair rental, and a kennel. Daily parking for cars, vans, and motorcycles is $9 per vehicle. Daily parking for RVs and trailers is $10 per vehicle.

Vehicles can exit the garage and return the same day by stopping at the toll plaza upon re-entry and presenting their original parking ticket. Valet parking for cars and vans is offered for an additional charge.

Taxis, buses, limos, and shuttles to hotels and other area destinations are available outside the main entrance at the Transportation Center of the parking structure. For schedules, contact Guest Services.

The distance between the Universal Orlando Resort parking complex and the theme parks is considerable. While moving walkways and escalators are used to make the trip to and from your car easier, the commute takes about twenty minutes on foot and involves walking. Much of this commute is outdoors, so if it's raining, you'll get wet.
