With so many tourists, you might expect a nice range of hotel prices from budget to deluxe. Not so on Maui, where almost everything is on the beach and the average room tends to be a bit pricier. On Maui, there are condominiums as far as the eye can see. Many are set up as resorts on the beach or near a golf course, complete with swimming pools and other features normally offered at hotels.
