A Little Nightlife
Unlike some of the smaller islands, there are plenty of nightlife opportunities on Maui. There are numerous bars and other establishments with and without music, and some quiet little places too. You might, for example, try wandering a bit around Lahaina to see what's happening. Most of the bigger hotels have a place to sit, relax, nurse a drink, or have a snack. At the time of this writing, there are also some fun attractions that might enhance an evening.
If you like magic, Warren & Annabelle's ( 900 Front St., Lahaina) is a unique evening experience featuring hors d'oeuvres, dessert, a couple of drinks, and a great magic show by a master magician. Warren, by the way, is the magician, and Annabelle is the resident ghost. Cost is $77.95 or $39.95 for the show only. Guests must be at least age 21, but check for special family days. The event takes place Monday through Saturday. 667-7777 www.hawaiimagic.com
