Located in the Wailua area, the Coco Palms was once one of the most famous hotels in the Pacific. Among other claims to fame, it was a location for the film Blue Hawaii starring Elvis Presley. Sadly, the place took a horrendous beating from Hurricane Iniki in 1992 and has been closed ever since.
