Dining and Shopping in Universal Studios
Most dining options at Universal Studios are best described as fast food or snacks, but you'll find full-service restaurants where you can sit down and relax located in CityWalk, a two-minute walk from the main gate.
Restaurants inside the park include:

Doc Brown's Chicken. Great fried chicken and more
Dodger Dogs. Features the famous hot dogs from Dodger Stadium
Flintstone's Drive-In. Features the Bedrock jumbo turkey leg, smoked, roasted, and served with a tangy BBQ sauce, and Nathan's hot dogs, a Coney Island favorite
Hollywood Cantina. South-of-the-border fare including beans and rice, marinated chicken, and burrito grandes loaded with traditional carne asada or marinated chicken, beans, and rice
Hollywood Grill. Delicious grilled items including Philly cheesesteaks
Jurassic Café. Features such delicacies as oven-roasted half chicken, and extra chunky clam chowder, served in a La Brea Bakery sourdough bowl
Louie's Pizza & Pasta. Try their famous 20-inch pizzas loaded with homemade sauce and four cheeses, or Louie's Original Rolled Lasagna with Italian cheeses and sausage

Panda Express. Wide variety of Asian foods and fresh sushi rolls made every morning, including California rolls
You'll find a gift or souvenir shop outside most major rides and attractions in Universal Studios Hollywood, selling toys, themed clothing, and other souvenirs.
Don't be surprised if you run into Charlie Chaplin, the Phantom of the Opera, Woody Woodpecker, Frankenstein, Groucho Marx, Hercules, Xena the Warrior Princess, Laurel and Hardy, Marilyn Monroe, Dracula, the Blues Brothers, the Wolfman, the Mummy, or Nickelodeon characters anywhere in the park.
When a roving photographer takes your picture, they give you a receipt. Take that receipt to Hollywood Photographs to view the photo and buy one for a souvenir if you want it.
To see and do just about everything in Universal Studios on a day with average crowds in the park, plan to be there all day.
