Lost and Found

The Lost and Found office is next to the Guest Services window outside California Adventure. It's tucked behind the wall to the left of the entrance gate.

If you lose something, report it missing as quickly as possible. If someone returns your lost item while you're still at the park, you can pick it up at the Lost and Found window. If your lost article is important to you and it isn't found before you leave, keep checking. If it turns up in a reasonable amount of time, Disneyland will ship it to you at their expense.

If you find something and no one claims it, you may eventually be allowed to claim it yourself. Ask about this policy when you turn in the lost item.

The Disneyland Lost and Found telephone number is (714) 817-2166.

FAST FACT

Disneyland's Lost and Found department finds almost 400 misplaced items a day. Some of the most unusual ones they've encountered include a glass eye, a coffee pot, and a canary. The glass eye was returned, the coffee pot's owner is still trying to find some caffeine, and the canary was last seen flying toward the Enchanted Tiki Room.

If you lose your child (or parent), contact the nearest cast member. They're experts at reuniting separated people.
