Other Things to Bring with You

Besides the proper attire, these things will help you stay comfortable during your theme park visit:

  • Water bottle: You can save a lot of money by carrying a water bottle into the park and filling it from a water fountain.

  • Waterproof sunscreen: Even on overcast days, California sun can cause serious sunburn.

  • Motion sickness medication: If you or anyone in your party suffer from motion sickness and want to go on the faster rides, bring your favorite remedy.

  • Time-killers: If you don't use RideMax to shorten the time you spend in line, bring something to keep the kids (and yourself) amused while you wait.

  • Earplugs: If noise bothers you, buy a pair for the airplane ride.

You may also want to bring along a blanket or something else to sit on while watching the fireworks or Fantasmic! Don't carry it around all day. Leave it in the car and take the tram back to get it, or use one of the lockers.

Use the Packing Checklist in Appendix D to help make sure you're taking everything you need.
