World of Disney
This block-long store offers the world's second-largest collection of Disney clothing, jewelry, household items, toys, collectibles, artwork, sporting goods, plush toys, Disney movie merchandise, costumes, and many other items featuring Mickey, Minnie, and all of the other Disney characters.
Like a regular department store, World of Disney is divided into sections, each featuring its own type of Disney-themed merchandise. For example, there's a separate men's, women's, and children's clothing section, a toy department, and an area where household merchandise is showcased. They also carry some collector-quality items.
Besides all the Disney items on sale, this store is full of cute and imaginative decorations. Don't forget to look up and all around to see them.
TRAVEL TIP
If you're looking for nice Disney collector's items, don't stop with the World of Disney. Look for some of the small carts selling collector's items in Downtown Disney, especially the one offering crystal-studded statues near the Monorail station. Be sure to stop by the collector's shops on Main Street, U.S.A. and in California Adventure's Animation Studio.
Kiosks
Throughout Downtown Disney, you'll find kiosk carts selling a wide range of products and souvenirs. One of the most popular offers hair wraps, colored threads interwoven with beads and hair to create simple or complex designs and styles. Hair wraps are a favorite among kids and teens.
