Guided Disneyland Tours
If all the rides and shows aren't enough for you, Disneyland offers special tours to enhance your experience. Knowledgeable Disneyland cast members give these tours daily. To avoid disappointment, call to reserve up to 30 days in advance. Tour prices do not include park admission.
If you're a Walt Disney fan or interested in Disneyland's rich history, “A Walk in Walt's Footsteps” Tour is for you. This three-and-a-half-hour guided walking tour takes you on a journey into the past, through the life and times of Walter Elias Disney.
Along the way, you'll learn about Walt's original vision and discover how he brought his dream to life. You'll also get a peek at areas of the park most guests aren't allowed to explore, including the Club 33 lobby. This enjoyable tour is something adult Disney fans will appreciate, but kids may find boring.
The three-and-a-half-hour Welcome to Disneyland tour takes small groups for a detailed look at the landmarks and history. Your guide will teach you how to use the fastpass system, and you'll get two bonus passes as well as priority seating at selected restaurants.
Families will enjoy the three-hour Discover the Magic Tour as they hunt for hidden treasure and avoid villains with the help of Disney characters. It includes lunch and a souvenir and is designed for children between the ages of five and nine. Strollers are not recommended, and an adult must accompany kids under eighteen.
