Recommit Every Day

Every day is a new day. And that means every day you will be faced with reasons to not exercise. To eat too much. To eat something unhealthy. To watch something on TV instead of taking a walk. Every day is a new day where you have to recommit to your active life.

Of course, it's overwhelming to think that committing to fitness is something you have to do every day for the rest of your life, because most of us look at exercise as something we will do to reach a goal. Then, we think we will be able to stop working out and yet still be able to hold on to the results. But the truth is, getting fit and staying fit in this day and age really does require recommitting to exercise and eating well every day.
