Machines at the Gym
Most gyms post a circuit that you can follow that is composed of one brand of machines, such as Cybex or Life Fitness. There is a machine for every body part, and the machines are placed in a row. All you have to do is follow the machines, right on down the line. This is a great way to get used to using machines. If you haven't lifted weights before, you'll really see and feel a difference in your body within two weeks. The order of the machines is something like this:
Leg extension
Leg curl
Leg press
Chest press
Shoulder press
Bicep curl
Tricep kickback
Lat pulldown
Cable row
Abdominal crunch
Back extension
