Sample Eating and Exercise Journal
First, list out a few active intentions that you have for yourself. Then, keep a daily eating and exercise journal to help track your fitness progress. An example of one entry is below.
Friday, October 10
20-minutes Pilates DVD
Breakfast: Two hard-boiled eggs, glass V-8 juice, one English muffin, 2 tsp. cream cheese, 2 cups coffee with cream.
Snack: Apple, slice of cheddar cheese, two Hershey's kisses.
Lunch: Turkey on rye with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and mustard. Left ¼ of it for tomorrow's morning snack. Banana. Can of soda.
Snack: Two mint cookies, bottle of iced tea.
Dinner: Went to gym and did weights and treadmill for 50 minutes. Salad with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, sprouts, and chicken. No dessert!
