Sometimes that terrible construction zone with the jack-hammers buzzing and anvils clanging steel bars together is all happening inside your head. Your head sits on top of your shoulders, but there are times when it feels like it contains all of the above — weighing it down so much you can't even hold it up. And even lying down doesn't help to quiet the mayhem inside your head.
