This chapter is admittedly a little tough. However, everything you will find here is very playable given the right attitude, patience, and practice. Moreover, if you've followed this book step by step, these solos should be well within your means. The solos presented here utilize the rudiments and rhythms you've been taught so far. You must be cautious and observant with each piece. Try learning each etude one section — or even one bar — at a time and be sure to refer to the CD for assistance.
