Sweet Honey Apricot Chicken
The enzymes in the honey aid in digestion of food, especially raw sugars and starch.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons apricot preserves
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Blend honey, preserves, and ginger and brush mixture onto chicken.
Heat remaining mixture in small saucepan and set aside.
Grill or broil chicken about 8 to 10 minutes on each side until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
Glaze cooked chicken with warm honey mixture and serve.
