Iced Nettle Tea

Nettle is detoxifying and improves the ability of the liver and kidneys to cleanse the blood. It also curbs the appetite and cleanses toxins from the body. It is also used as an analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, blood cleaner, diuretic, and digestive stimulant. Nettle leaves can be ordered online or in many specialty health food stores.
