French Tarragon Green Beans
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
- 1½ tablespoons butter
- ¼ cup red onion, chopped
- ½ pound fresh green beans
- 1 tablespoon tarragon, finely chopped
Melt butter in nonstick pan. Add onions; sauté until translucent.
Add green beans. Cover and steam 2–3 minutes.
Add tarragon; combine well. Steam an additional 2–3 minutes.
