French Tarragon Green Beans

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4

  • 1½ tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup red onion, chopped
  • ½ pound fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon, finely chopped
  1. Melt butter in nonstick pan. Add onions; sauté until translucent.

  2. Add green beans. Cover and steam 2–3 minutes.

  3. Add tarragon; combine well. Steam an additional 2–3 minutes.
