Minted Raspberry Lemonade

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 8

  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 1½ cups lemon juice
  • 8 packets sweetener, or to taste
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint, or 1 teaspoon dried mint
  1. Mash raspberries; press through fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.

  2. Add raspberries, lemon juice, sweetener, water, and mint to 2-quart pitcher; stir.

  3. Serve chilled over ice.
