Minted Raspberry Lemonade
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 8
- ½ cup raspberries
- 1½ cups lemon juice
- 8 packets sweetener, or to taste
- 6 cups water
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint, or 1 teaspoon dried mint
Mash raspberries; press through fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.
Add raspberries, lemon juice, sweetener, water, and mint to 2-quart pitcher; stir.
Serve chilled over ice.
