Spicy Grilled Turkey Burgers
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
- 1 pound ground turkey
- ¼ cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Cajun-blend seasoning or commercial salt-free blend
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons jalapeño pepper, minced
- Nonstick cooking spray
Combine all ingredients well; shape into 4 patties.
Spray grill with nonstick cooking spray.
Grill burgers approximately 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
