Raspberry Yogurt Delight

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4; SERVING SIZE: ½ CUP

  • 1½ cups plain nonfat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda granular
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda granular
  • ¼ cup Raspberry Sauce
  1. Combine yogurt and 2 tablespoons Splenda granular in bowl; chill in refrigerator.

  2. In separate bowl, whip heavy cream until moderately stiff; stir in 1 tablespoon Splenda granular.

  3. To make dessert: Gently fold cream into yogurt. Spoon mixture into 4 dessert or parfait cups. Swirl 1 tablespoon prepared Raspberry Sauce into each cup and serve.
