Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4
- 1 tablespoon semisweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup Mock Whipped Cream
- 1 ounce cream cheese
- 1½ teaspoons cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Put chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of Mock Whipped Cream in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high for 15 seconds.
Add cream cheese; microwave on high for another 15 seconds.
Whip mixture until well blended and chocolate chips are melted.
Stir in cocoa and vanilla; fold in remaining Mock Whipped Cream. Chill until ready to serve.
