Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse

INGREDIENTS | SERVES 4

  • 1 tablespoon semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup Mock Whipped Cream
  • 1 ounce cream cheese
  • 1½ teaspoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  1. Put chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of Mock Whipped Cream in microwave-safe bowl; microwave on high for 15 seconds.

  2. Add cream cheese; microwave on high for another 15 seconds.

  3. Whip mixture until well blended and chocolate chips are melted.

  4. Stir in cocoa and vanilla; fold in remaining Mock Whipped Cream. Chill until ready to serve.
