Attached you will find a copy of my resume, detailing my accomplishments as a property manager. Currently, I serve as property manager for 275 residential and four commercial units in three buildings. In this role I am actively involved in all sales, maintenance, and tenant relations activities. This includes advertising, promotion, and leasing or sales of vacant apartments and offices. Although our overall occupancy rate remains high, whenever necessary, we have always quickly found new tenants or owners and, frankly, increased our profit margin when we did. I completed all monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, lease, and market reports, including competitive analysis of rate structures. My reports and presentations are easy to review. They contain comprehensive, yet clear illustrations, and use state-of-the-art software to facilitate information retrieval, dissemination, and updating.
My experience also includes negotiations with contractors, liaison with banks as well as local and regional governments, relationships with service agencies, relations governing personnel, management of finances, and performance of all functions basic to effective management of complex properties. Prior, I worked for the Other Bank of New York focusing on commercial and real estate lending.
