Not-So-Messy Sloppy Joes
Makes 8 servings
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
1 15½-ounce can Sloppy Joe sauce
8 hamburger buns
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Drain the extra fat from the ground beef.
Add the onions and potatoes.
Pour the Sloppy Joe sauce over the top, stirring to blend the ingredients. Cover the skillet.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
Handling Leftovers: Keep leftovers in a bowl sealed tightly with plastic wrap or in airtight containers. Promptly store them in the freezer or refrigerator.
