Bite-Sized Pizza

These pizzas can be made in a flash when time is limited. Keep the ingredients on hand, and you can have them ready in less than 20 minutes. Experiment with some veggie toppings, too.

DIFFICULTY: MEDIUM

Makes 10 mini pizzas

1 can refrigerated biscuits

¾ cup pasta sauce

¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  • Open biscuit can and separate biscuits.

  • Flatten out each of the biscuits onto a cookie sheet.

  • Using a large spoon, spread about 1 tablespoon of the pasta sauce over each biscuit. Top with about 1 tablespoon of the mozzarella cheese.

  • Bake pizzas for 8–10 minutes, or until crusts are golden brown and cheese is melted.
