Hot Apple Cider
Makes 8 servings
8 cups (½ gallon) apple cider
1 orange, seeded and cut into thin slices
2 cinnamon sticks
In a large saucepan, combine the cider, orange wedges, cinnamon, and cloves.
Heat just to boiling.
Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Remove the orange slices, cinnamon sticks, and cloves before serving.
