Tuna Fish and Apple Crunch Sandwich

Makes 2 tuna sandwiches
1 16-ounce can chunk tuna in water, drained
1 small apple
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 pita pocket, cut in half
Use the can opener to open the tuna, then carefully drain the water out.
Peel, core, and chop apple.
Combine the tuna, apple, and mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Mix well.
Cut pita pocket in half, open up both sides, and stuff half the mixture in each pocket.
