Fresh Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Kids and adults alike will enjoy this fruit parfait. Try various types of fresh fruit and different flavors of yogurt to please everyone. Great for a quick, healthy breakfast, a snack or as a sweet ending to a meal.

DIFFICULTY: EASY

Makes 1 serving

1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt or vanilla frozen yogurt

¼ cup fresh raspberries

¼ cup fresh blueberries

¼ cup fresh blackberries

2 tablespoons granola

  • Start with a parfait glass. Spoon ¼ cup yogurt into bottom of the glass.

  • Add a layer of berries and top with more yogurt. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up.

  • Top your parfait with the granola. Eat immediately.
