Fresh Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
DIFFICULTY: EASY
Makes 1 serving
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt or vanilla frozen yogurt
¼ cup fresh raspberries
¼ cup fresh blueberries
¼ cup fresh blackberries
2 tablespoons granola
Start with a parfait glass. Spoon ¼ cup yogurt into bottom of the glass.
Add a layer of berries and top with more yogurt. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used up.
Top your parfait with the granola. Eat immediately.
