Caesar-Style Chicken Breasts
With the “Chicken Caesar” craze in full swing, everyone will appreciate this easy and tasty treat.
- 2 (8-ounce) boneless chicken breasts, skin optional
- 1 cup store-bought Caesar dressing
- Cooking spray
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Marinate the chicken in the Caesar dressing for at least 3 hours or up to 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray.
Place the chicken breasts skin-side up on the sheet. Top with the Parmesan cheese and spray the cheese layer lightly with cooking spray.
Bake for about 15 minutes, until the top is browned and the center reaches 165°F. Serve hot or cold.
