Sweet Potatoes Are … Sweet!
Full of fiber, potassium, and beta-carotene, sweet potatoes are a healthy and delicious but often neglected vegetable — most people forget about them until Thanksgiving! Their bright orange flesh adds color to any meal. They can be cooked like regular potatoes, and taste best when baked.
