These little crunch treats are quite addictive and store well, even at room temperature. Make them in large portions and keep them around.
- 1 (8-ounce) package sliced pepperoni
- Coarse ground pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place pepperoni slices in single layer on nonstick baking sheet. Bake 10–12 minutes, or until crispy.
Transfer to paper towel to cool and absorb grease.
Season with pepper to taste (optional).
