Hot Hot Dogs
This is a really great way to serve hot dogs to people on a gluten-free diet. Turning them into a spread is an exciting twist.
- 3 hot dogs, grilled, broiled, or boiled
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons green or red relish
- 1 recipe Chickpea Crepes
Prepare a cookie sheet with nonstick spray. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix the hot dogs, mustard, onion, and relish in a food processor.
Spread a teaspoon of the mixture on one quarter of each crepe; fold in half, then in quarters.
Bake for about 10 minutes, until hot. Serve with plenty of mustard on the side.
