Creamy Spiced Dip for Crudités
This recipe is a tasty way to get the right amounts of vitamin-loaded veggies into your diet.
MAKES 1 CUP: 4 SERVINGS PER CUP
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup low-fat mayonnaise
- ½ cup low-fat sour cream
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Salt and hot red pepper flakes to taste
Pulse all ingredients in the food processor or blender. Serve cold with a selection of raw vegetables.
