Creamy Dill Dip

Use baby carrots, tiny celery sticks, bell pepper strips, and cauliflower florets for dippers.

YIELDS 1½ CUPS; SERVING SIZE 2 TABLESPOONS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup soy-yogurt cheese
  • ¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon gluten-free seasoned salt
  1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well to blend.

  2. Cover and chill 2–3 hours before serving.
