Creamy Dill Dip
Use baby carrots, tiny celery sticks, bell pepper strips, and cauliflower florets for dippers.
YIELDS 1½ CUPS; SERVING SIZE 2 TABLESPOONS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup soy-yogurt cheese
- ¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise
- ¼ cup finely chopped green onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
- ½ teaspoon gluten-free seasoned salt
In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well to blend.
Cover and chill 2–3 hours before serving.
