Swimming Upstream Makes Them Yummy!

Salmon is so good for you. If you aren't allergic to this fish, try to eat it two times a week. It contains omega-3 fatty acids, an essential fatty acid that your body cannot make. The fats in salmon help lower the risk of heart disease, reduce cholesterol levels, reduce the symptoms of some autoimmune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus, and reduce blood-clotting ability, which can help prevent heart attacks.
