Watermelon-Lime Sorbet

If you don't have an ice cream maker, freeze this in your freezer.

YIELDS 6 SERVINGS; SERVING SIZE ½ CUP

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups sweet watermelon, seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  1. Combine the melon, Splenda, lime juice, and salt in a food processor.

  2. Following the directions on an ice cream maker, freeze the sorbet. If you don't have an ice cream maker, freeze the sorbet in a baking dish in your freezer, breaking it up with a fork every 30 minutes until thoroughly frozen.
