Banana Soy Yogurt Milkshake

Agave nectar or honey can be used to sweeten this to your taste. Use different flavored yogurts to make different flavored organic milkshakes. Blending up crushed ice in the organic milkshake creates a thicker shake.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 ounces gluten-free, casein-free vanilla soy yogurt
  • 1 cup gluten-free, casein-free soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

YIELDS 2 CUPS
