Tofu Avocado Spread

This creamy spread is rich in protein and potassium and pairs nicely with a piece of gluten-free toast, or dip your homemade corn tortilla chips in this tasty dip.

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ cup firm tofu
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • ¼ teaspoon gluten-free, casein-free soy sauce
  1. Mash tofu and avocado.

  2. Add soy sauce; combine well.
